- Appeals are only accepted for active bans and mutes.
- Warnings cannot be appealed through this form.
- If you were recently unbanned, your status may have already been resolved.

Punishment Type

- Submitting false information will result in an immediate denial.
- You may only submit one appeal per punishment. Duplicate submissions are disallowed.
