GitHub backup sync, scheduled task status, and search index health aren't built features yet on this site, so they can't be honestly reported here — adding a status card for them would mean showing a fake "healthy" for something that doesn't exist.

is included). Restoring adds/overwrites documents from the backup
— it does not delete anything created since.
